The epidermis has been cross-cut obscuring its morphology, but it does show spongiosis.  There is a suggestion of alternating ortho- and parakeratosis, especially in the first image.  I wonder if there are some bacteria in the stratum corneum in image 2.  I agree that the age, site and histological features are in keeping with a diagnosis of ILVEN.

i was wondering whether we can tell it as psoriasiform epidermal changes and clinically correlate to rule out ILVEN. Please let me know
