An atypical cutaneous leiomyoma ( aka primary cutaneous leiomyosarcoma ). I was off road.

Dear All 

We struggled with this case as the Desmin was convincing and whilst it can be seen within Cellular DF it is not usually diffuse and strong. We therefore went for an atypical smooth muscle tumour.

I'd suspect this is a dermatofibroma and also suspect I wouldn't have done IHC.
