beautiful Granuloma faciale eosinophilicum, grenz zone below epidermis and close to  adnexa

Yes, this is granuloma faciale. 

I posted it as it is a classical example of the pathology with a clear grenz zone, vascular dilation and polymorphous inflammatory infiltrate.  The cytology hasn't reproduced very clearly but there was a nice mixture of neutrophils, eosinophils, lymphocytes and a few plasma cells.  I will attach a clinical photo of the lesion biopsied, which of course was on, not in the nose.  The patient actually had several similar lesions on other parts of his head.
