Yes I agree.  The cytology in this case is identical to that shown in case 2601, posted 25th June 2020.

Brilliant responses. Agree this was a nice case of EMPSGC. Easily mis-diagnosed if you are not aware of the features. As you can see neuroendorcine markers including synaptophysin can be quite variable, focal and weak as in this case. I thought this lesion was "in-situ" / intra-cystic. I cannot remember if it was re-excised (I'm on hols but will check on my return).
