I am wondering about a fibroma of tendon sheath, although this case is rather more cellular than other examples on the website - see case 2197, 9th November 2018 and discussion by Raoul Perret.

The cracking artifact (pseudovascular space) make me think fibroma of tendon sheath.

Fibroma of tendon sheath. Dupuytrens contracture is not a good fit clinically.
