Galli-Galli disease.

Very small focus of supra-basal acantholysis.  I would favour Grover's disease over Darier's.

can we call it supra basal  acantholytic lytic lesion with corons and grains

we may need clinical information to know whether it is grover or galli galli or darier

Thank you all! The diagnosis is Darier's disease. I agree that clinicopathological correlation is the cornerstone in diagnosing acantholytic dyskeratotic reaction pattern. I wanted to seen how people will think about it if only given the pathological photo!
