histiocytic infiltrate with eosinophils

could it be histiocytosis  some sort of JXG-spindle cell type

Could it be some type of cellular variant of fibroepithelial stromal polyp.

I also favoured non-X histiocytosis, spindle variant of JXG I suppose but have to admit was not sure and some sort of benign angiofibroma was also a consideration. I suggested they check the serum lipids. VX has highly characteristic epithelial changes so was not keen on that diagnosis.
