metastatic deposits skin

Yes, cutaneous metastases, probably adenocarcinoma.  Fits the clinical description of carcinoma en cuirasse.

Metastasis, could be gastric (low cohesion-signet ring) or urothelial

Yes, this was metastatic adenocarcinoma (carcinoma en cuirasse). Extensive radiological and endoscopic work up did not lead to discovery of any primary origin. Patient has been treated as metastatic carcinoma of unknown primary.
