Looks like lentigo/macular SK. Could get MART/SOX to confirm but doesn't seem to be any significant increase in melanocytes.

Thanks all. We felt this was a case of solar lentigo and focal subtle actinic keratosis. No confluence of melanocytic nuclei on MelanA or Sox10 and only focal weak to moderate scattered PRAME positive small nuclei of doubtful significance as can be seen in sun-exposed skin.
