10 year-old male with a 2 year history of lateral neck papule.

Follicular granuloma..( epithelioid granuloma mycobacterium-avium or similar like ).. I’m not able to understand this without clinical informations. Interesting case

Maybe some sort of parasitic egg/body part with granulomatous reaction?

Could be some foreign body like a thorn spicule around which there is a reaction.

some parasitic component with a granulomatous inflammation, but why there are no eosinophils, that's ODD

Tick mouthpart (in my opinion; that's what I called it). The color and shape was consistent with this.
