I don't like the cellular pleomorphism and tissue necrosis.  I am thinking along the lines of epithelioid sarcoma, peripheral type.

I'm also concerned about epithelioid sarcoma.  Too atypical for GCTTS.

Yes I am also suspicious of epitheioid sarcoma. Needs IHC.

I don't think I have ever seen a metastasis on the hand of a 26 year old, or indeed on anyone's hand, regardless of age.  A primary tumour is much more likely
