F 65 , 6-month-duration of firm indurated papules and nodules, erythematous indurated skin and crusted lesions affecting left chest wall, left shoulder, left arm and back as well as the right breast and right side of the chest wall. History of left mastectomy 4 years prior to onset of skin lesions.
