Difficult! ? dAIN-associated micro invasive scc ( with some adenoid cystic change ).

Pemphigus vegetans is also my opinion. Although, i dont know what does image 5 try to show us.

Localized pemphigus vegetans. DIF was positive. Patient with long history of vegetative lesions in intertriginous areas. What do you all think of image 5? Any ideas?

It reminds me what we see in other organs (specially breast) and its called collagenous spherulosis

I'd guess it was a reactive cross cut follicle or maybe a perianal duct.
