Follicular mucinosis. If its a single lesion i think is benign. If its more widespread then I´ll raise the possibility of Folliculotropic MF.

By the way I would like to mention that I cannot see several previous records (some even whole months) from the previous year. I don't know if anything similar is happening to any of you

Follicular mucinosis in young kiddo normally has a benign clinical course. not related with MF.

If a mucin stain  shows accumulation of mucin in the pilosebaceous follicle and sebaceous glands and it is a single lesion I would favour follicular mucinosis. No frank atypia.
