Looks like a benign smooth muscle neoplasm (well-circumscribed, limited to dermis, blunt-ended cigar-shaped nuclei with eosinophilic cytoplasm, no definite atypia, mitosis or necrosis). Cutaneous leiomyoma? If multiple, may need to think of hereditary leiomyomatosis and renal cell cancer (HLRCC) syndrome relating to germline mutations in fumarate hydratase (FM) gene.
