Granular cell tumour with pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia. S100+ Nice one!

Yes - you've all nailed it.  Granular cell tumour it was.  I don't have any confirmatory immunos.

There hasn't been one on the website since 1st October 2018 so I thought it was time for another one!

The so called PEH is often so much alike that I usually mistake it for a true SCC before discovering the Granular Cell Tumor component. Thanks for this nice case, Richard.
