88 year old male with shallow ulcers on vertex scalp, history of multiple prior AKs as well as treatment
for AKs. R/o SCC.

Erosive pustular dermatosis. This is an under reported entity but important to know about for anyone taking care of patients like this.

It's surprising that it's under-reported, as it is quite common clinically.
