Well done you are correct. 

Skin with glycogenated squamous papilloma with acanthosis. A focal cystic invagination extends
downward from the epidermis is noted. Occasionally, the luminal row of cells shows eosinophilic
secretion.The stroma is infiltrated by rare mononuclear infiltrate by plasma cells. Baslaoid island is
seen in the dermis. 

The features are those of a part of a syringocystadenoma papilliferum associated
with a trichoblastoma showing stromal follicular induction.
