Not sure if changes are true herpes or pseudoherpetic changes which are not uncommon in vesiculo-pustular lesions. I would add d/d of drug reaction and IgA pemphigus.

This also Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis since it is a rash and neutrophils in epidermis

Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis with acantholysis. DIF negative and herpes not favored clinically.
