epidermis and dermis with thick granular layer. there is a small foci of parakeratosis in somewhat vertical orientation. The granular layer is thinned beneath it. Some sort of Porokeratosis

I think this is a linear epidermal naevus.

Could also consider hereditary forms of plantar keratoderma? - Given onset in childhood, but unilateral presentation would be unusual for this. Needs CPC.

Thank you all!

This was diagnosed by CPC as punctate porokeratotic keratoderma. Unilateral cases are rare but have been reported.
