There is a rather "poroid" look to the low-power pattern with retiform epidermal downgrowths.  The tumour cytology is rather biphasic with both basophilic and slightly more eosinophilic cells, moderate pleomorphism and increased mitotic activity.  There is no evidence of duct formation. 

I am tempted to cell this porocarcinoma but not with much conviction.

There is a trichofolliculoma growth pattern, but with some matrical and inner root sheath differentiation. I’m not able to see any outer root sheet diff, but...why not a panfolliculoma?
