Thank you for your comments. Richard was entirely correct ! 


Here is my description and diagnosis - Skin with vascular infiltration of the upper, mid and deep dermis with predominant neutrophils and fewer lymphocytes, eosinophils and plasma cells. Leucocytoclasia is evident. In areas there is sclerosis with residual foci of leukocytoclastic vasculitis. Deep dermis the sclerosis is
striking and storiform pattern.

Diagnosis- Erythema Elevatum Diutinum.
