?epidermolytic hyperkeratosis ( occasional ).

Plane viral wart.  At this site most likely HPV3.

Compact hyperkeratosis with tiers of parakeratosis, papillomtosis with inward bending of the rete at the edge, hypergranulosis at the cells,  koilocytes and dilated vessels high in the dermal papillae.
