If there is a history of radiotherapy, it could be atypical vascular lesion with possible radiotherapy effects such as hyalinization, and atypical fibroblasts. Need to perform c-myc and total excision to rule out angiosarcoma.

Hyalinization, telagiectasia and some atypical fibroblasts ?radiation fibroblasts. Is there a history of radiation.

Atypical but ganglion-like cells are more consistent with a reactive condition, but would like to know if the lesion is clinically small...

There was a history of radiation. Radiation dermatitis.
