Looks somewhat more cellular and spindly. ?HHV8 to rule out PG-like kaposi sarcoma.

Lobular capillary haemangioma. I agree would do HHV-8 for completeness.

This was diagnosed as pyogenic granuloma (lobular capillary hemangioma)
