Biopsy shows acanthosis, papillomatosis and proliferation of tubular structures with a double lining and apocrine type secretion. I think that this is nipple adenoma or erosive adenomatosis of the nipple. p63 IHC will confirm it with demonstration of myoepithelial cells.
