59 year-old female with mid frontal scalp biopsy of rash

Lupus tumidus. There's some spillover of the infiltrate in the panniculus but I don't think that it's significant enough to call it lupus profundus. Absence of interface change,  perifollicular lymphocytic infiltrate and dermal mucin are all suppotive to the diagnosis.

Lupus profundus, with panniculitis-lupus, for me; there is the intralobular fatty tissue jalinization.
