Spitz nevus, superficially irritated/traumatized. Would likely recommend conservative complete excision.

 strong positive nuclear and cytoplasmic expression of p16 staining is retained. Agree with benign spitzoid nevus

Compound spitz nevus. There were no ALK fusions; ROS1 status is unknown.
