Looks like Spitz. I think i see multiple Kamino bodies on pic 3 and 5. I also do not like the age

Appears symmetrical favours nevus i.e. Spitz nevus, however age is worrisome.

Agree with Spitz naevus, nice Kamino bodies. Some Reed-like features (which I regard as a variant of Spitz). PRAME was done but I inadvertently filed the slides so not available for photography. It was negative. One does have to be careful with age but I've now reported many Spitz naevi in individuals >50 years. Generally we prefer all Spitz lesions to be excised fully as in this case.
