Stelate fibroblasts,cleft-like spaces and a giant cell. Looks like Sclerotic Fibroma (storyform collagenoma)

Giant cell collagenoma ( subtype of sclerotic fibroma ). Not enough storiform, but there are many mucin containing cleft-like spaces, separating collagen fibers. So agree with Msofopoulos.

Fibrous papule, pleomorphic variant. A pleomorphic fibroma is also a reasonable diagnosis.
