sinusoidal vessels between collagen fibers with atypical endothelial cells. was there any history of treatment of breast cancer. any radiotherapy given. C-MYC IHC needed

atypical vascular lesion/angiosarcoma

Yes, I agree.  In a woman of this age, I think an atypical vascular lesion after radiotherapy is more likely than Kaposi's Sarcoma.

there are some signs of radiotherapy skin damage (sclerosis) and some suspicious vessels of angiosarcoma.
