I'd certainly want to know if the prior biopsy showed an atypical melanocytic proliferation. . .

Would want to rule out desmoplastic melanoma first and foremost.

Would like to see S100 please. As said above it is suspicious for desmoplastic melanoma

Very, very difficult, but same impression as Colleagues...so: different pathologists, single diagnosis=probably correct diagnosis.

Desmoplastic melanoma. The prior biopsy was called invasive melanoma, but it was quite superficial. The area of 'scar' here is composed almost entirely of melanoma cells. A good reminder that previously biopsied areas with fibrosis can show overlap with Desmoplastic melanoma.
