Cd34 is postive. What do you guys think the diagnosis is? Beta catenin negative.

My first spot was a weird variant of DFSP, but now I would see a STAT6, to rule out SFT.

Stat6 negative. We called it an unusual cellular fibrous histiocytoma. I agree that exclusion of DFSP is challenging, but it's really small and superficial-very unusual for DFSP.
