Tumour islands of basaloid cells surrounded with eosinophilic hyaline membrane suggest a cylindroma. Some clear cells in the centre of the islands in the last picture show sebaceous differentiation. Is the cylindroma trying to mimic a sebaceoma or is it vise versa?!

Cylindroma. I love sebaceoma too but there were no convincing sebocytes.
