M 15 Progressive development of small papules and skin tag-like lesions over the face, neck, trunk and extremities, some are centered around a hair follicle.

Fibrofolliculoma/trichdiscomas and angiofibromas (adenoma sebaceum) are the two differentials. The clue that the lesions are centered around hair follicles suggests the former.

Looks like Fibrofolliculoma/Trichodiscoma. If multiple lesions one could suggest Birt-Hogg-Dubé syndrome (and check kidneys&lung). Should we always do PAS stain?
