Female, 70, Past history of left breast cancer (4.5 years ago) treated by lumpectomy and lymphadenectomy followed by 4 sessions of chemotherapy, 14 sessions of targeted therapy and 15 sessions of radiotherapy. Treatment ended in January 2019. One month ago, the patient developed grouped reddish papules (some appeared translucent and a small one had a small crust) on the left breast.

Acquired lymphangiectasis following surgery and/or radiotherapy for carcinoma breast..

angiosarcoma to be ruled out

AVL vs angiosarc. Favour AVL as cells are really bland. MYC might be useful.
