Multinucleate cell angiohistiocytoma, agree!  In diff : acquired elastotic hemangioma, but this is a solitary lesion and without any multinucleate cells.

What can I say! Well done. You guys made easy work of a difficult case. Yes, I too felt this best fits for multinucleate cell angiohistiocytoma.

I think I have only reported this 2-3 times. I was quite excited coming across this recent case.

For comparison, there are three previous examples of this entity on Spot Diagnosis:  915 (20th Dec 2013;); 1527 (2nd may 2016); 1614 (1st Sept 2016).
