M, 20, Marked hyperkeratosis involving mainly the flexural areas with a corrugated appearance. History of blisters at birth.

Bullous ichthyosiform erythroderma histologically showing epidermolytic hyperkeratosis.

Vacuolar degeneration of spinous layer, hyperkeratosis and eosinophil bodies ( clumping of keratin ) match the epidermolytic hyperkeratosis. This is a pattern shared by different diseases. I don’t know what actually this is. Waiting for expert opinions.
