Spindle cell lipoma. Mature adipocytes, spindle cells arranged in fascicles and 'roapy' collagen are the pointers towards the diagnosis.

? Spindle cell hemangioma/Spindle cell hemangiomatosis (multiple lesions). Can be associated with Maffucci syndrome, and Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome.

I don't like the hyperchromatic and pleomorphic nuclei on show here.  How do they fit in with the suggested diagnoses?

Mature adipocytes, 'ropey' collagen, loosely fasicular spindle cells with occasional hyperchromatic and pleomorphic nuclei.... pleomorphic lipoma?

Pleomorphic lipoma. There can be significant overlap with spindle cell lipoma.
