GATA3? It could be a histiocytoid variant of lobular carcinoma.

agree with metastatic deposits, further IHC is needed as suggested

Probably a relapse of Breast cancer. Would do a CK19 for verification. Do we know the subtype? (it has lobular growth)

Metastatic lobular carcinoma. Gata3 positive, e cadherin negative. Very subtle infiltrate.
