Yes. Appears like foreign material. On top there is also some scarring, LSC/prurigo nodularis like changes with erosion.

Agree with the above. This acellular amorphous,  mucin-like material is seen in site of intralesional injection of a depot preparation of a corticosteroid. Either the poorly soluble steroid or the vehicle may be responsible.
