29F,Purpuric lesions, necrotizing ulcers and scars on both lower legs of a few months' duration. Lesions are very painful.

Thrombotic vasculopathy. 

The basement membrane looks rather prominent so i wonder if this might a manifestation of lupus such as anti-phospholipid syndrome.

Agree with thrombotic vasculopathy. Would be interesting to know ANCA/ANA status. Levamisole induced vasculopathy syndrome could be another consideration.

Livedoid vasculopathy, atrophie blanche is the end result.

agree with livedoid vasculopathy resulting in atrophic blanche

but the cause for this condition needs to be worked

ANA/tests for sickle cell anemia/ ANCA results can give us some information

Yes, this was diagnosed as lividoid vasculopathy.
