    F, 11,Infiltrated crusted papules and plaques over the scalp, purpuric papules over the face and erythematous swollen infiltrated focally ulcerated labia majora. Bilateral finger nail dystrophy and paronychia is also present. The patient also has polyurea, polydipsia and dyspnea.
