Looks more like Lichen plano-pilaris, but would do a PAS to check for any basement membrane thickening for DLE.

I was thinking about a lichenoid reaction to tattoo pigment but desisted because the site is quite unusual for a tattoo in a female.

DLE. They were thinking DLE clinically. There was no tattoo seen clinically.
