"F, 34, History of right mastectomy and right breast implant reconstruction in 2018 followed by chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Now maintained on hormonal therapy. Two very firm nodules just medial to the reconstructed breast for 2 months.

Lobular carcinoma of the breast. "Single file" or "Indian file" formation as seen in Fig 8 is characteristic.

Yes, this was cutaneous metastasis from invasive lobular carcinoma of the breast
