A square outline of the biopsy, thinned out ribbon-like epidermis, thickened hyalinized collagen bundles and some panniculitis are pointers towards morphea.

Late to the party. Not sure about cellular infiltrate: probably plasma-cells and pmn. Morphea is my spot.
