Yes, well done. Kaposi sarcoma. It is one of those diagnoses that if we don't think of it, we miss it, and we get drawn into considering all sorts other vascular neoplasms. Plasma cells were sparse in this case, and similarly in another recent case which was sent to me for second opinion in which Kaposi was not considered by the referring pathologist.

This was very difficult for me. Because of the contrast between a well developed nodular lesion and absence of fascicular spindle cell pattern, but only slit like vessels as expected in a early stage…thanks Saleem.
