82 year old male with bilateral excoriated erythematous papules on the lower legs.

Perivascular and interstitial lymphocytes with erythrocyte extravasation and some sclerosis. Would do a Perl stain for hemosiderin. May be some variant of PPD.

Interstitial infiltrate with some tinge of mucin. May be interstitial granuloma annulare.
