Perforating folliculitis with foreign body reaction to the extruded keratin of the hair shaft. Acne keloidalis nuchae is a possibility considering the site

A lot of plasma cells. But I see that in many pilonidal cysts; so agree with Anil.

Ruptured folliculitis. Agree considering the site acne keloidalis is good possibility.

Folliculitis with neut, PC and some small cystic areas, due to location i would be inclined to think acne keloidalis

Would you consider ZN or PAS ?
