Subcorneal clevage with neuts and eos. Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (early stage as the lesions are macular) is likely. Staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome can occur in adults with renal impairment. Pemphigus foliaceus is the third possibility. Clinicopathological correlation , DIF and anti Dsg 1 and Dsg3 tests will help.
